PROVENCE OF OUR PRODUCTS
All our meat comes from Switzerland, the prawns from Vietnam. Snow Crab from Canada. Wagyu-Beef from Switzerland, US or Japan, depending on availbility.


Our suppliers are: Angst, Bianchi, Künzli
