All our meat comes from Switzerland, the prawns from Vietnam. Snow Crab from Canada. Wagyu-Beef from Switzerland, US or Japan, depending on availbility.

Peanuts, soy and fish sauces are essential elements of Thai cuisine. If possible, we meet special requests in the creation of the dishes (e.g. gluten-free soy sauce). If you have any questions about ingredients, our staff will be happy to provide you with further information.
