Dinner

In the east of Thailand, where our family comes from, we cultivate the shared eating experience, literally:

Friends, family, guests, known or unknown, sit together in a living room, on a veranda or in a guesthouse and enjoy the dishes— where there is no classical order of starters and main courses.

We would like to share this traditional, friendly and cosy atmosphere with you.

The ZAWAN-Journey is a wonderful journey through my mum's kitchen as if you were at home with us. The dishes are served for sharing, like an Italian tavolata.
